Kitchen Use

Bar Hire
- Admin Fee for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) to cover a licence for the bar use – £25.
- The Village Hall Committee Members will apply for a TENS on behalf of the hirer (minimum 10 days notice is required)
- Bar Staff can only be provided by the Village Hall Committee members, subject to availability – each to be paid £15 per hour by the hirer
- Alcohol can be provided by the hirer, should bar hire not be required. Any such alcohol must not be for sale. In this case, the bar will be closed and so glasses, bottle openers, etc, will have to be supplied by the hirer.
Weddings
£400
This includes:
- Use of the full hall, including the kitchen, for the day prior to the event for deliveries / to enable setting up, etc
- Use of the full hall on the day of the event including kitchen and bar (but does not include payments made to bar staff)
- Use of chair covers, table cloths, staging, and any hall decorations if required
- Assistance of Village Hall Committee Members to set up, if requested
- Access to the hall the following day for cleaning up / removing decorations, etc. (or can be negotiated for an additional fee)
Children’s Parties
- £60 (includes use of the kitchen)
Any additional time required for setting up and cleaning up to be agreed at the point of booking
